StepSetGo, started in January 2019, was launched as India’s first fitness platform that encourages
users to walk more and in return get rewarded for that. The platform takes into consideration the
number of steps one has walked over the course of the day and rewards users with coins that can be
redeemed through the bazaar section. As a result of their unique value proposition, StepSetGo was quickly popularised through word of mouth, has over 5.9 million downloads to date, and a rating of

How have advances in technology helped your company?
Advanced technologies like cloud computing and machine learning are now easily accessible to everyone. We saw the merits of these technologies and the potential that they can bring to our platform. Such technologies have helped us gain insights into our application and scale the infrastructure in a way that we could not imagine doing it 20 years ago.
How important are AI-based technologies in the 21st century?
We live in a technology-driven world that is incomplete without AI as we are used to smarter, faster, and productive solutions. One of the best examples of AI could be Google assistant which offers services like navigation, reminders, daily tasks, etc. Al is the key to predict the present and future demand of the consumer. No product or service in today’s time goes out in the market without AI integration. It is an integral part of sustaining businesses and having long term strategies. AI is fuelled by data, the more data the machine gains about an individual; the better it can predict their needs and act on their behalf. This boon holds the power to take product innovation to a level where there is no need to influence the consumer.
What shall be the basic explanation for IoT?
With an increase in internet penetration the amount of existing data is abundant. Mainly used to monitor and control devices that are mechanical or electronic in nature like the automation systems. In simple words, it can be defined as the collection and exchange of data done through the network of devices connected to the internet. Considering that it develops and analyses a large amount of data through the cloud, it is a consequential driver of big data analytics.

We also have an email dedicated to getting feedback from users. The id is firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you see the COVID-19 situation impacting your company?
It has made us even stronger and provided insights like we have never thought of. We had to take quick actions and make relevant changes into our application like providing indoor multipliers so that the users are incentivised to move even when they’re at home. Also, we never anticipated the work from home culture will be this productive. It was an eye opener.
